What’s new in May?
I’ll keep this one short, but still wanted to share a few facts and a question with you.
As you see in the picture above, I was tickled to receive the legal acknowledgment of my copyright. While the author’s copyright of a written work is automatically implied, you still need to be able to have some sort of proof. Enter the U.S. Copyright Office. It was just another step to take - and it took “only” six months to complete.
Here are some other developments:
The website has received a few updates on there, including the latest review quotes, an updated book description, and a link to purchase the book directly from my distributor (which is only possible for U.S.-based readers as they do not ship internationally).
I have identified a few independent book stores out here and will approach them as soon as I am able to.
The German Consulate General in Boston has received a message from me. Now it is wait-and-see if and how they will react.
